At First Class Cooking, we love LOVE! We have two classes scheduled for Valentine's Day and each class is open to anyone!

A Galentine's Class on Feb. 13th features pink-fleshed trout, winter citrus, a lovely Swiss Chard risotto and one of my very favorite raspberry tarts.

Our Valentine's Class on February 14th showcases Valentine's favorites with steak, chocolate, and hand-rolled raviolis (in red-hued beet pasta). Each class begins with a cocktail course and finishes with a take home treat.
